Accion MFB Opens New Branch in Ilorin

To commemorate International Women’s Day, Accion Microfinance Bank organized a free medical checkup for women at the Head Office, reinforcing our commitment to their well-being. In alignment with the global theme #AccelerateAction, the initiative focused on supporting women with access to essential healthcare services that enable them to thrive in business and in life.

Accion Microfinance Bank successfully hosted Digital Boot camp 2.0, a capacity-building session designed to empower women with the digital skills needed to grow and scale their businesses. The boot camp featured insightful sessions led by Paul Ehiagbonare, Chief Digital Officer, and Ogunseye Bolatito, founder, Style by Tito, who provided participants with practical knowledge, hands-on training, and strategies for leveraging digital tools in today’s fast-paced business environment.

The Accion Brighta Minds Debate 2.0 was a thrilling two-day competition that showcased the brilliance, confidence, and creativity of young debaters. After intense rounds, Homat Group of Schools emerged as champions, winning the grand prize of ₦300,000.
