Recovery Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the tracking and collecting of loans repayments in arrears; establish and develop effective administration; supervising and monitoring of the recovery plan; develop and implement computerized systems for managing all debts referred to the unit; develop and implement operational procedures for the improvement in the recovery of delinquent loans; draft correspondences and take necessary action to ensure that a notice of indebtednesses is served on every delinquent client;research and resolve clients' queries in relation to payment discrepancies; prepare default judgment in actions for liquidated loans;and work with the branch manager to ensure reconciliation activities are carried out monthly. The candidate for this position must be a B.Sc/HND holder in Actuarial Science, Accounting, Business, Economics or Law with a minimum of seven (7) years experience in a senior position in loan/debt recovery in a bank or financial institution, two (2) of which must be at the management level.

Training Manager – 1 position

Required qualifications & skills

  • Minimum of B.SC/HND in Human Resource management, Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, and/or related fields.
  • Minimum of four (4) years experience in the HR department of a reputable bank, financial institution, consulting or manufacturing in charge of training.
  • Good understanding of the Nigerian Labour laws
  • Excellent computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office applications especially word, power point and excel.
  • Experience in any HR Software is recommended

Branch Manager – 1 position

Required qualifications & skills

  • Minimum of HND or B.Sc in Business, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, and/or related fields with numerate coursework
  • Excellent computer literacy especially spreadsheet work in Excel
  • Experience with Globus banking software is recommended
  • Minimum of 24 months of experience as an AMfB Senior Loan Officer or equivalent experience
  • Two years prior experience in the accounting profession is recommended
  • Ability to coach and motivate
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good time management and planning skills
  • Independent and honest worker

Branch Internal Control Assistant – 2 positions

Required qualifications & skills

  • Minimum of OND in numerate coursework
  • Excellent computer literacy especially spreadsheet work in Excel
  • Experience with Globus banking software is an advantage
  • Experience in the accounting profession is recommended
