Mrs. Lawson is a chartered accountant, a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and holds an MBA from IESE, Spain. 

An Alumnus of the Lagos Business School, Mrs. Lawson has over 18 years working experience in various industries spanning SME business development, Finance, Marketing, Insurance, Consulting and Banking.

Chikami has more than 13 years of Microfinance experience in the areas of Credit Management, Policy and Procedure development, field staff training and management as well projections modeling using the latest modeling technologies.

With his background in Agriculture , Chikami started working with rural development organizations through the European Union supported projects.   Chikami is responsible for the overall branch rollout and portfolio management.

Chikami has had several international exposures in Africa, having worked with a number of international NGOs like CARE International, European Union - Micro projects, USAID and ACCION International.  Chikami got intensive training on best practices microfinance in the region and internationally.

Formerly, HR manager planning at Equity Bank - Kenya, one of the largest microfinance organizations in Africa. Mr. Elijah is a graduate of Education and Economics (University of Nairobi). Mr. Mulwa is a micro finance specialist with 10 years of experience working with K-Rep Bank and Equity Bank. He has hands on experience in Training curricula development, Training, Human Resource development and Staff Policies and Procedures.

Over the years he has gained specific experience in Credit and Micro Finance Operations and Management, Training curriculum development, Training and Institutional capacity building for Organizations involved in Micro finance and Micro Enterprise Development, Human resource development and Development of Staff Policies and Procedures.

Mr. Okanlawon joined AMfB from Kakawa Discount House Ltd where he was the Head of Information and Communications Technology Department. At Kakawa he participated in several systems development, implementation and integration projects. He holds a Higher National Diploma in computer science from Yaba College of Technology and a number of industry certifications.

This is complemented with a degree course in information systems and management from the University of London.  A member of  the British Computer Society, Information Systems Audit and Control Association and Project Management Institute, he has over nine years of varied experience spanning systems support, network administration, database administration, systems analysis and development, project management, strategy and policy formulation, information technology management and systems audit. He has attended several technical, banking, accounting and people management courses locally and offshore. Mr. Okanlawon is responsible for implementing innovative ways of using information and communication technology at AMfB.

Stella is an alumnus of the University of Benin, Edo State. She is a certified Information systems auditor and Chartered Accountant. She was an audit manager in an auditing firm for 4 years. With over 15 years of experience in banking and audit, she had previously worked with Metropolitan Bank, Unity Bank, Ecobank and Intercontinental Bank Plc. She has attended several courses locally and offshore.
